I am sure of this too. I didn’t mention it in my post, but I have PTSD from an incident that happened to me as a child. I enjoy social settings with less than 10 people, if it’s more than that I get really paranoid and I dissociate which makes it hard to talk to people. It’s not social anxiety, I’ve recovered from that, but it’s more of a feeling of helplessness and despair. I can’t do crowds.

Well op I'll be honest, if you're white you're at a pretty big disadvantage. I'm Dominican and 5'11 and I've noticed white girls tend to be taller than other chicks, and girls tend to like guys that are taller than them. That said I didn't lose my virginity until I was 21. My advice for you is start working out if you haven't already, and just talk to chicks you find attractive. Do NOT lower your standards and hit on ugly chicks. If you're gonna get rejected, and you will, it better be with chicks you wanna fuck. There's nothing worse than getting rejected by ugly or fat chicks. That'll fuck up your confidence real quick. But the most important thing here is putting yourself out there. If you can, go out to bars and clubs and practice. Don't worry about trying to get one night stands, you're likely not ready to pull that off yet. But if you get some chmesitry with a girl and get her number, you're making progress.
