You ever seen how a deleted post on here still shows up in the 'chives? Also anyone could have saved a copy at any point since you posted it on the internet, for anyone to see.

Yes, sure. To tell you the full story. I called this particular person names over Facebook already and they only find out who i am after i posted my real Name in of the messages for reasons……. So i assume the police is too lazy to figure out who did it now. I am considered a suspect now and have to go to the police station in a couple of weeks.

Facebook notoriously only honors subpoenas from federal courts and California state courts since they're headquartered in California. They basically throw subpoenas from anywhere else in the trash. So unless it was a federal crime or you live in California, its doubtful the popo could even get the information from facebook.

You know how many divorce attorneys from across the country try to subpoena facebook messenger messages? I read an article once that in 2010, when facebook was really becoming prolific, the word "facebook" appeared in 60% of divorce petitions. That's why facebook basically shreds everything from anywhere but california.

Will do that Maybe. I will first see how the first talk with the police will go down. The letter was suspiciously friendly though. The policeman said he will get in touch with me someday to work out a Date we two can talk. I am just gonna deny everything and say i have Nothing to say to that. Maybe they give up. As some other user pointet out, they have to contact Facebook in the fucking USA to get my information. So i hope Facebook will just tell them to fuck off.
