Europeans literally created a master race through unintentional eugenics. They loaded ships full of random people, only the strongest made it to the end of the trip, then those survivors got the hardest work, only the strongest would live a full life and reproduce, this was repeated for generations resulting in the black Übermensch. Organized efforts to degrade this race have been successful only partially, affecting mainly their minds through inferior education and cultural conditioning. This will not last.
