Sex is great and all but have you ever taken a mass amounts of amphetamines and speed out for two weeks? Quite a rush.

As a former drug addict who has tried most drugs and have had sex with more than 10 women, hell no, nothing beats the rush of meth or euphoria from heroin

I'd say sex is better. If you could eliminate all of the negative aspects of drugs I would change my choice. As far a pure, sustained joy or comfort drugs is the best. It's the come-down, come-up, paranoia, withdrawal, guilt, etc. of drugs that edges it below sex.

As someone who used to use opiates, the answer is definitely not. I regularly blew of my girlfriends to get high. Making the choice between sex and drugs was common, and drugs always won.

Of course, I would almost always pick “both” if that was an option.

That being said, a real breakup in the context of hard drug use? That’s hard. At that point virtually every addict I’ve met will ditch the drugs to get the girl back, at least temporarily.

If you need control, sex will be better. If you are comfortable without it, drugs all the way. Hallucinogens if you dont want side effects, anything harder if you dgaf

I agree in the respect that if you were to boil off all of the negatives of both, the pure physical feeling if drugs is better. However, you can't really do that in reality so sex edges drugs for me. Look at yourself, you said you're a FORMER drug addict, which means that the negatives eventually outweighed that raw physical feeling. You don't see many people quitting sex because of all the negative side effects.

You can brag about fucking a hot chick but you can't brag about having a drug habit.
