I wondered why there was no picture and such a vague response but who am I to question a response that isn't "kill yourself..." it seemed kind hearted, which gave me little reason to think it would be an impostor. That's really weird. And yeah everything's good except I had an injury and am avoiding the hospital due to the virus, I'll tell you both the story later, I don't want to post it here. Good news is waiting can't make it any worse, only better so I'm hoping it'll resolve itself.

Hey J I saw something ayer that reminded me of you. I ordered something from Mexico and I went to track the package through the post and their website was all Spanish. I was able to navigate it just fine but I rarely encounter environments that are 100% Spanish. Most things I see have english and spanish, or just English since I'm closer to canada than mexico. It always surprises me that we have a huge spanish speaking country right here in north America. Even weirder that there are Canadian provinces that have french as the primary language. I know the US has no "official" language, but the de facto is certainly English.

Fun thing about american spanish is that the differences with european spanish are pretty minor except for the tone. In contrast we have canadian french which is so different from the other french that apparently a french speaker has trouble understanding it. -J

I didn't know the french was different here. I've never heard it in person. I guess it's not surprising, it's been separated for so long from the original french. I wanted to travel there this summer but it looks like that may not happen now. I want to see the French stop signs too.

I try to mix it up, but I have favorites that I like to post. I have not taken the spanish course yet, but I still plan on it. Between work, work, more work, and sleep, I'm usually just in the mood to listen to some music or watch something, I have a hard time getting myself to do something that requires a lot of focus like that, but I'm trying to work on that. Usually I'm just so tired, when I'm not tired I have to get work done around the house. I always prefer to keep busy, but it is tiring. I'm not sure if I ever told you and JP, I still live with my family. I'm working on moving out even if it's just half the time, so I can have more time for stuff like that. I drive a long way to work.

i mean, most of the time living with your family is much easier, but it seems like its the same as rita with you, you should see if you can rent out a place for a reasonable price, try to calculate if its worth leaving your current place out to save that bit of time
