It's too much to comprehend. It's not worth understanding, it's like trying to explain to a dog the theory of relativity (not comparing you to a dog, but the fact is that it's simply too much to understand). All that matters is happiness. It is the hardest thing for a human to achieve, whilst hate and anger can be achieved in an instant. Why do you think those who are constantly angry and hateful feel so miserable? They're not hateful because they're miserable, they're miserable because they're hateful. I know it's infinitely easier said than done, but all I can say is that every instance of you being hateful, you have been hateful to yourself. Every time you have been kind, you were being benevolent to yourself. You got it my friend, you indeed got it.
