why does the usps even exist? they are trying to seek bailout money from daddy government to put us in another couple billion debt even though they are totally outdated technologically. why not just use email? to send letters. the amount of time and resources it takes to chop down trees for paper make ink, load up mail in trucks and vans and passing them out could all be done with the press and in faster time instead of waiting weeks for a letter to arive. imagine being so disabled that you don't realize that the USPS receives no government funding and is entirely funding by people using for it. if it was a government funded service (hopefully never), you wouldn't pay for stamps or anything, instead you would pay for the prices of shipping (even if you didn't use it) through your taxes.
