I think you're underestimating Connor. He's in his prime and not a bad fighter by any means. Mike is getting up there in years and hasn't trained for years and have no desire to either. Unless Mike got lucky and connected quickly, I'd give it to Connor. Now a prime Mike vs Connor would be a slaugher on the other hand.

I grew up watching all the great heavyweights starting with Muhammad Ali. I even paid money to watch Gerry Cooney try to beat Larry Holmes at Caesars.

You may be right, user. I haven't heard it described that way, but eventually Ali would have to stand and fight to win, and closing distance with Tyson would be lethal for Ali. Remember, he took all of Foremans's punches, and Frazier knocked Ali to the mat. Tyson would not let up like Frazier did, nor would he let Ali clinch as much. I'd still put money on Mike.

Hell no. I used to work as a CNA, and one time was helping a 70 year old guy that was pretty confused and riled up from an infection. When I was waiting for the nurse to come in, he popped me right in the chin when I was adjusting his pillow. It dropped me right on my was, and I'm not a small guy. Found out later when they got his infection under control and brought him back to reality, that he had boxed for 25 some years when he was younger.
