I think it is definitely not, since even thread with with a picrel containing small fragment of that "pool girl photo" (lol) was archived some moments ago without reaching many posts despite being on top for that several seconds it existed.

I saw it today, but I don't think so. It's a photo with a girl on the right and guy to the left. Half of them are under water. The girl is laughing. She is blonde and her hair is similar to this one's, but I can't say whether it is the same person. It's not that cursed picture, though.
