Every so often, I get shaky, lightheaded and hungry.
I thought it was because I wasn't eating enough, but I've ate more than enough for the past few weeks.

diabetes, not sure if type 1 or 2
I doubt it. I don't get thirsty as much, and don't go to the toilet every 5 seconds.
then type 2
IM NOT CRAZY
Again, I'm not thirsty as much, and I don't have constant itching or yeast infections.
My hunger isn't extreme and it could be low vitamins.
HE ORCHESTRATED IT. JIMMY!
pre-diabetic state, that will proceed to type 2 if not take care of
Go see a doctor.
This is one set of side effects from diabetes.
Pain in the ass to see a GP, but you could be right.
The shaking could be from my anxiety, as It is just my hands. The hunger isn't extreme and it goes away after 5-10 minutes and the light headedness could be from tinnitus?
I could be because I've been eating bad food lately and not getting enough nutrients, because of the lockdown, but I'll go to the doctor.
As for fatigue, I've always been tired and I can never get enough sleep but I don't feel exhausted and haven't felt exhausted in a few weeks. (Because college is closed.) This problem has been a thing for half a year, so I think it would have developed by now.
I have never had thrush and don't get itchy down there, either.
The only concern is that when I get a cut, it leaves a scar for about 2 months. (That might be normal.) I appreciate it, and will set up and appointment when this Corona dies down and will try to eat a bit healthier.
sounds like low blood sugar
Are you a vegetarian ? Whenever my old mate tried to go vegetarian , he used to manage a couple of days then start fainting all over the place
No, I eat meat.
That's another thing, I don't faint, either. It might be a case of low blood sugar, or lack of vitamins.
OP try cutting sugar out of your diet completely. You'll have to read the labels on things, you'll be surprised what has sugar in. I was getting what you describe and stopping sugar sorted it. I was worried about pre-diabetes being older and overweight, but it can happen at any age now, the modern diet has been fucked over with high sugar foods, particularly glucose-fructose syrup taking over from normal sucrose sugar. Try it, give it a week. Also you'll have to watch fruit sugars, so no fruit juices or dried fruit. Fresh fruit is OK.
Have you entertained the possibility of Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity?
I got this until I quit caffeine 100%. Not even decaf or a full chocolate bar. Was turning into full blown panic attacks before I made the connection.
thanks mate. i'm not OP, but i have simliar behaviors. will try this out. thanks again!
When I do go to the store, the only unhealthy stuff I get it chocolate and ramen noodles. I usually get mangos, tuna, sweetcorn and meat, milk, eggs and stuff like that
I CANT LEAVE MY HOUSE
But sir, these walls are merely plaster, they cant shield you from the electromagnetic radiation
Sounds like hypoglycemia.
Weird question but an honest one: Do you ever have a craving for ice cubes or ice chips?
I thought it was caffeine as well until I quit sugar, now I'm OK with caffeine.
good luck.
Try it anyway, it has to be 100%. Also, look up Glycemic Index. It's how fast the carbs get broken down in to sugars and hit your bloodstream. So something like the refined flour in your noodles will have a high GI and will be much like eating sugar. I don't eat potatoes for this reason, they do the same to me as sugar.
I use my space blanket; it helps
No. Thats got something to do with iron deficiency, which I have suffered with in the past and had to take these orange pills which made me nauseous.
I will try this, and stick with it. Cheers for the help, and I hope it's just low blood sugar.
Yep, it does have to do with an iron deficiency. Just sounds like low blood sugar. Go to the doc if it doesn't go away from fixing your diet.
Thanks, user
