Personally I feel very happy that we as a People can make crude jokes about it, or that tourists can walk through such a place completely oblivious to the actual suffering that took place there. It gives me hope that it won't happen again. All resistance doesn't have to be iron hard, just having the guts(or innocence) to laugh at such a thing brings me hope that we won't let it happen again.

Could a government kill a large section of it's own population? It's happening right now.. Open your eyes dude. There are dozens of examples of this happening. The holocaust isnt special at all.
