no, they scumbags always looking the manufacture a charge and then arrest. all traffic stops are stop and frisk. and the notion of "respect" is a one way street for police officers. they always demand it and never give it. don't confuse being a sniveling bootlicker with showing a cop respect. they only treat you nicely by not arresting you, if you suck up to then while they ass rape your civil rights. if they sense you have a sense of dignity and submit your will and relinquish all of your rights immediately they will teach you a lesson and make an example out of you so they can go back to the station for laughs about it. all cops were bullied in life and this is their chance to pay it back on the whole world. never speak to the police, never trust the police, never answer their questions, never consent to searches.
