Is it worth buying a switch to play?
Until the sequel comes out
Emulate it on CEMU.
BOTW and Super Mario Odyssey are the two highest rated games on Metacritic from the latest generation, tied with RDR2 and GTA 5.
Ur a fucking fag if you actually buy a switch and not just play it on an emulator
Waste of a money since there are only about 10 games that are worth spending money on
And don't forget flagship titles like Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Animal Crossing: New Horizons!
This message was brought to you by Doug Bowser, president and chief operating officer of Nintendo of America
all 4 of those games are shit
Why, because they require online features not available in Russia?
>BOTW is shit
Why? Explain
Then I am glad you are on Yas Forums and not Yas Forums because they're pretty widely accepted to be the best AAA titles from that generation.
What games do *you* like to play?
>inb4 he plays league, fortnite and csgo
what exactly is there to do in this game
just seeds n' shrines
whole thing looks like a waste of time
Yes,I play games on my switch while having my thigh high socks on too!!
Really cool when it comes to creativity, exploration, lore, in depth world, and really many other aspects but I just feel like the combat was so lackluster. I respect this game a lot but I personally find bloodborne to be a better game
Shit combat, painfully slow movement, unnatural open world, annoying ass controls, it's a 6 out of 10
Exploring the world map is very rewarding and encourages your curiosity. There are world bosses everywhere and lots of fun puzzles

Odyssey is garbage with well built mechanics to hide its hollow flaws, but I'm actually play BOTW right now
Anybody wanna talk about how the Zonai are absolutely the interlopers from Twilight Princess before they became the Twilight tho??
>Fallout Zelda
>Best game ever
>try harder
The whole point of Super Mario is that it's fun to control Mario. If Odyssey is garbage then SM64 is garbage.
like clockwork
I get this, my friend summed it up best by saying it's an "artificially large game" meaning there a lot less to it than there seems, and the shrines can be insultingly simple
It helps with the anxiety sometimes though, and the motorcycle helps with the pace. Fuk the rain tho
boring
Homebrew'd switch = priceless.
:^(
wasted
You could always can make that comparison, collection games aren't for everyone. But Odyssey felt especially hollow without any kind of actual overworld to build he story on, it was like The Rise of Skywalker. Go here do some things now go here do the same things but over here now go here, rinse and repeat
Some people like SM64, some like Sunshine. I never felt like I was short of things to do in Odyssey and if I got bored of an area I could go to another one. Sunshine had more story and worldbuilding but that took a lot of focus away from Mario's movement imo (which is the whole appeal of a 3D Mario game for me)
SM64 is garbage. Probably the worst sm game.
The movements in Sunshine were fine, especially when you figure out how to belly glide on the ground using the red nozzle, wall/spin jumping was always easy to execute and the jet pack/engine nozzles were fun to unlock and use. Plus it had the levels without the fludd (?) were a great mix up. But I didn't like Galaxy 1 either so maybe I just prefer the older games
Different strokes for different folks. I feel like FLUDD overcomplicated Mario's options and made it very unintuitive. Replacing the water slide with a roll and his hover with Cappy's double jump felt very natural and very clear what you had to do. But I do prefer the world in Sunshine.
Weapon breakage mechanics turned an A+ game into a C+ slog.
