I'm half Jewish, agnostic athiest though. Never been to Israel. My uncle is immunosuppressed, so being as careful as he can with his family. I was happy to be able to help him out by sending a pair of N95 masks and a P100 half-face mask I had from before the crisis. I figure he can use the P100 if he needs to go into the hospital for something unrelated, and his family can use the N95s while shopping and whatnot. I live in Oregon, which has very low cases per capita.

On average, it is said to be a few points higher, but Jews tend to get their educational priorities in order, and rigorously trait the kids to learn effectively as possible. I wouldn't overthink it too much.

Full Jew here. Used to lurk on /k/ but reddit and pol have been infesting it. Passover was wierd because we usually host, and invite 6-12 people for the Seder but didn't this year. The synagogue is closed, and most of the community is in it's twilight years so there probably will be a couple deaths from covid.

I go on those boards, too, and yes, occasionally even Reddit for history topics. As for /k/ and Yas Forums, I just filter out the anti-Semitism in my mind, most of the time, but I do sometimes make statements to address the issue, and try to pose intelligent questions for those whom it concerns. Anti-Semitism is, after all, heavily based on misconceptions and bad stereotypes.
