Sometimes I randomly smell smoke. I cant tell if its real. Do you have smell-hallucinations?

It's hard to keep track of exactly what is and isn't a manifestation of it. The main ones I can keep track of are:
>Auditory hallucinations
Like hearing someone call your name, voices saying things, random noises like a clown horn or someone opening a door.
>Visual hallucinations
Lots of moving spots, like you were hit in the head or something. I get this feeling like my vision is contracting, it kind of feels like looking in a kaleidoscope. Walls distort and look like they're moving or breathing. I see bugs, people random things.
>Disorganized thinking
My thoughts often wind up in strange loops I can't control. I can't keep track of what I'm thinking about without trailing off to some random thought.
>Disorganized speech
Pretty self explanatory. I get words mixed up a lot. Sentences just turn into jumbled sounds that have no meaning. I have a lot of issues with interpreting speech as well.

Then there's the emotional problems like, being in a constant state of paranoia and or anxiety.
