I'm 18 and I did mine a little under three weeks ago. If you have no insurance just make sure to tell them that when you make your appointment. They said that if you make less than a certain amount they will cover everything. For me, everything was free but the estrogen which is only like $30 for a month or so from the pharmacy, might get mine online for hella cheaper. If you do go to the pharmacy in person, make sure to go to onlinerx, they gave me a $15 coupon on estradiol lol

First of all, transitioning is retarded. You will irreversibly change your body, and never be as attractive as an average cis-woman. You may still do this, this is a free country and you're really only damning yourself, and I believe in a free market.

I heard once you can just buy hormones as "supplements" or "vitamins" from international sellers, or from domestic distributors. Canada probably has distributors of these hormones who would be able to ship them to you, but you'll find the shipping costs are ridiculous. In the US, finding these is harder due to stronger regulation against these. It shouldn't be too hard to find tranny hormones that are being distributed domestically in the US but are sourced from Canada or the Orient (they did the hard work for you in this case). You can buy most generic medications this way, and I've heard most trannies just do this.

Or, just drink soy milk. This isn't even a meme, there's a few YouTube channels where faggots vlog their titty-ass progress weekly/monthly, experimenting with different methods. Perhaps tune into that and see what works for you.

I don't hate trannies. If anything I care for them more than their own communities do. I believe that these people truly do feel depressed and ostracized and have nowhere to turn to.

They hear people on Reddit who push the "you're in the wrong body" narrative and it leads to them thinking they finally have a magic solution. Spend money on hrt, cut off contact from your friends and family that are transphobic, and finally get the surgery to become who you always wanted!

Except when you wake up, you are still who you've always been. Now you have a terrible pain and a surgeon who refuses to listen when entire chunks of your new genitals are falling off in rot.

You no longer can function in human society because of the mix of pain meds, fix up surgery, and painful dilation. But you can't stop now or else everything you've done is in vain.

When you ask the community for support you are ignored. They all are more eager to get others to transition than to give you the help you need. How could they lie to you and say everything would be okay? When you speak on your suffering, you are told that you shouldn't put a damper on others transitioning and are silenced

Just like that you realize that your problems from before are still present. But now you have physical pain to match your terrible mental anguish.

I don't hate people who transition. I pity them as one does a person who ruins their life with drugs, alcoholism, or simply destroys their life in another way.

You don't need a surgery to become the person you want to be. You are good enough as is.
