40 squats every day before I shower

90 mins cardio once every 2 days.

500 pushups a day

Just looked up Zack hemsey a bit to chill for my taste but it isn't bad.

I’ve found it really hard to stay consistent in working out from home. The gym puts me in a whole different mind set for some reason, but I try to do my usual routine (with much less equipment) i just end up doing a half assed version though.

I'll look one up on muscle and strength. I can't believe I'm still buying supplements from those faggots at bodybuilding.com. They went to corporate. Used to love them.

I'm actually thinking of getting on a cycle but I've always been to pussy to go through with it.
