I haven't benched in a long time, but when I was a skinny twig I worked from STRUGGLING to bench 95LB all the way up to 160LB within a few months (and I only weighed 150LB at the time). It's crazy how fast you get gains on a benchpress, it's just such an intuitive workout.

I've never bench pressed in my life, but I'm a pretty strong guy because I build houses, bricks, cement, all that good stuff. I bet I can lift you up and throw you into a pit full of alligators. Sorry if that sounds weird. I'm new to this site. Quarantine brought me here.
