Did a lot as a teenager-early twenties. Went to rehab. Some people are okay doing a little and others aren't. It's really a crapshoot.

Canadian money is bad

Yes and no. Chemically manufactured drugs can be bad. I don't consider weed or mushrooms bad. I don't consider LSD bad(even though it's not LSD anymore). Your coke, meth, heroin, the big 3 can change a person. Let's not leave out PCP and others like MDMA, ect. These drugs in moderation can be fun as hell. You have to know yourself and be honest with yourself about what drugs you can handle and ones you can't. Just like anything else it's part discipline and riding that line of "control" vrs "no control".

Yes stop doing drugs. I avoid any form of intoxication. If you're sober you'll never regret actions you did

>Yes stop doing drugs. I avoid any form of intoxication. If you're sober you'll never regret actions you did
No, you used drugs and or alchohol as an excuse to be a shit person. Don't blame the drugs, fag.

Love coke and alcohol. But coke is too expensive and addictive.
MDMA/e if I have the time
Weed is poison. Nicotine is stupid

>Love coke and alcohol
>Weed is poison. Nicotine is stupid
bait is in the water, I see..

Not a fan of weed, lsd, cocaine.
Big fan of 2cb, ketamine, speed and mdma/ecs

good in moderation if its quality

> There's a lot of pretty, pretty ones
That want to get you high
But all the pretty, pretty ones
Will leave you low
And blow your mind

Cit.

As a 14 year old I started smoking cigarettes and lots of weed, not attending school led to me being diagnosed with ADHD where i started taking dextroamphetamine then dropped out, not long after i was drinking alcohol all day, inhaling butane and taking dxm. I quit all drugs at 17 because of stomach issues and i've realised that the only reason i did drugs in the first place was because i had no idea how they worked, i thought of them as a performance enhancer and the truth is they are but they impair performance long term, even therapeutic dosages of amphetamine for ADHD.

I've recently discovered Anandamide and phenethylamine, the cannabinoid and amphetamine-like molecules the brain releases during exercise, if i had known this earlier i could have saved the dopamine neurons, my lungs and 3 wasted years.

I like coke a lot. Speed you can do less of and "better bang for the buck" but I just don't like the meth feeling. I like the coke high better. Mushrooms, LSD, micro dots are great. Weed and hash are best because I'm safe with those. I can do coke for a couple days till it's gone and be fine, no Jones at all. When I was younger I liked coke way to much and it became a problem. I quit doing coke because it wasn't fun anymore and all of my friends at that time were all coked up and paranoid. Coke can ruin friendships. We were also smoking a ton of weed, smoking dust, LSD, shrooms, micro dots, and getting great speed from a biker gang. I have a lot of experience with many drugs. Moderation and don't let yourself like any drug "to much", then it's all gravy, baby.

I've done basically everything that isn't meth. Been both physically addicted to black tar heroin, and alcohol for stretches. I regret none of it. I'm glad I no longer have access to hard shit, because I'm bad at moderation, but i'll never regret all the fun I had.

Moderation is key. You can make the best of anything if you make indulgence a treat rather than a lifestyle. Even when I was on the skids for a minute, I had friends who could shoot a speedball now and then casually without it wrecking their life. Such people exist, they just don't advertise it due to stigma.
I still do acid or shrooms on occasion when they come around, and every once in awhile I'll usually fuck up and go on a bit of a drunken bender, but thankfully I've kept it few and far between as of late.

>every once in awhile I'll usually fuck up and go on a bit of a drunken bender, but thankfully I've kept it few and far between as of late.
Proud of you user. Remember your priorities and remember the good feeling of not going on a bender, that shit makes you stronger. I know where you were and where you're at. Seriously, no matter what be proud of yourself. We all fight the demons, my b/ro.

checked, and cheers Yas Forumsrother.

Yeah, its nice to know that I can keep a bottle of mouthwash in the house without desperately downing it to stave off sobering up...

My gf is a speed addict and i hate the fact.

Is it really that bad, should i accept it as part of her or try to help her get rid of it?

Then again you can only help those who seek it

aside from downregulating dopamine receptors, destroying personality and causing digestive problems amphetamines damage dopamine neurons by disabling the brains ability to protect itself against too much dopamine, you could raise dopamine to the same level with a reuptake inhibitor only drug such as cocaine or methylphenidate and not have this neurotoxicity. if someone is taking drugs their personality is altered, this includes weed.

yes Ive tried to read up on this as much as possible.

she regularly does this 2 times a week, relatively medium high doses.. Ive also noticed spikes in her mood and ability to enjoy things. Ive talked about this with her,, she says shes not addicted and can stop whenever she pleases, but guess what, she did it again after 3 days of supposed "break" from the drug. Im asking if there is any hope for her. should I just dump her? im the only good thing in her life

Stop her right now before it gets too late. I would have saved thousands of dollars had I not quit earlier. It's going to get worse if she doesn't stop

>should I just dump her?
as a kissless virgin, i would.
How long has she been using and do you feel she actually wants to quit? how old is she also?

I've been addicted to amphetamine before and it can seem like there is no enjoyable way to live without it for a couple months after quitting but its totally different when the brain comes back to normal - exercise helps alot to speed the process up

I've done a lot of drugs in past. still sometimes take lsd and molly but always smoke week.

I have a family and a great job. You just can't be stupid in what you do with your life when your on something.

In certain scenarios it has its purpose. But normally its only dangerous when abused for recreation.
Cocaine can give you super human strength, energy, and courage where life and death matters, like say you been shot 4 times and bleeding out. You can use cocaine to instantly give yourself the power and energy to take out your attacker in a final attack or flee. But once it runs out in 10 minutes from blood loss, you'll die. Abuse of this super power will destroy your nervous system.

LSD/morphine/meth will help with pain obvious reasons. So if you lost your arm or have broken bones, these drugs will stave off the pain but keep you fuctioning to get medical help before your body shuts down. Abuse of these drugs will keep you sedated and overdose is highly possible to the point of death.

Drugs are only bad by the person using it. Like a knife, it can be a tool used in many applications.

thanks. probably will do. It was always against my code to influence or force other people to do as I say, but maybe I have to help her

one year since doing speed, and she sdoesnt want to quit at all, saying its good fun. except she doesnt realize her personality gets fucking destroyed

you can try to get her clean but some people just have to learn the hard way, if she's stubborn don't waste too much time on her

they are bad. but fun. like all things in life.

I've tried weed, lsd, truffles, speed, ketamine, mdma and once i did what a friend called "coke" but all it did was make my heart beat fast as fuck and make me uncomfortable. Only drug i've ever got addicted to is nicotine, and haven't had problems with any other except some times that either i drank or smoked too much. Moderation, safety and testing are needed, if you got it right you won't have any problems

started taking weed for my back pain since now it is legal in canada. Never felt better of my life

You sound like you're going to ask us for a cigarette after explaining that

A double-ended knife is more fitting. Unless you are a competent doctor who has studied the medicine in question, understand it's possible harm, armed with the knowledge of the individual biology and other attributes of the person in question to use such medicine, you are not qualified to "safely" administer, much less self-administer, a drug, especially concerning substances with abuse potential being used solely for recreational purposes.
