That's the Hilter Youth flag, not a military one. They were fairly poor quality and were made by the groups who chose to fly it themselves (hence the way the middle diamond is sewn on separately).

They have a german state status of illegal for commerce, so I highly doubt it's authentic, though if it is there were so many of them it's impossible to know if one is real or not.

Again, they were MADE by the Hitler Youth groups, not mass manufactured and distributed. There is significant variance in what affixes and emblems you'll find on them.

the material is correct for such a flag. Also they its probably just a lanyard for decoration. But as another user pointed out the swastika is not sewn on its printed on, there are examples of printed ( manufactured ) hitler youth flags but they are few and far between. It may not be 100% authentic but if it is its a very rare example
