i use a towel based one. heres what you do:

5. place the other hot water bag on top of hte freezer bag so the freezer bag is between two water bags
6. grab the towel and fold the entire thing over
7. roll up the entire thing
8. fold the exposed part of the freezer bag back over the rolled towel
9. lube it up and now you have a tight warm vagina
