-limit yourself to say 2500 calories a day
was pretty easy to maintain, 3 small meals a day and lots of water
OR
then you can eat a light lunch, and still have pizza for dinner and lose weight
I lost all the weight and was still regularily drinking beer and eating junk food. Just limit yourself
I like some of avenged sevenfold, at leastthe older stuff. it’s the ffdp and whatever garbage is being made today that is terrible.
Today I've eaten just a can of boiled mushrooms and nothing else. I'm not starving myself, I just don't have 12 months of patience. Minimum eating, lots of water and some excercise and I should be good, I just weight 90 kg, at 80 or something I should be good.
