Ask a 25 year old with numerous health issues anything

half those problems are likely (99% chance) caused by lifestyle. You're not allowed to complain until you do everything you can to help yourself. If you want to suffer less, act like it and CHANGE. This is coming from another 25 year old who is too disabled to work. I changed and my quality of life is much better.

I poop a lot.

What did you do to change, user?.

What's see deez?

YOU GOTTA SEE DEEZ NUTZ, BITCH!!!!

I turned things around and reduced my suffering by a good 40% by exercising an hour a day, radically changing my diet, taking a multivitamin, and I stopped taking all the medication. Typically doctors give you pills under the assumption that NO ONE has the willpower to change their lifestyle. HALF your plate should be green veggies, get some fuckin sun, be social. Eat salmon. Just take advice from friends who are healthy. Health isn't an accident. As someone with health issues it's your JOB to control the controllables and try to improve yourself.
for reference I have:
>GERD
>crippling back pain from scoliosis
>panic disorder, daily
> (actual) depression
>Colon damage from food poisoning that causes me daily suffering
>a handful of other things that don't effect me daily so I don't bitch about them.
