Could be a yeast imbalance. Buy the strongest anti dandruff shampoo you can get and rub it on the spots when you're in the shower. If I'm right then it'll go away in a couple days.

I like to think that I'm an aspiring medfag, might be eczema or psoriasis. Doesn't look like a ringworm imo. I recommend taking some vitamins or some shit, moisturise the area and if it gets worse in the next couple of days you should get it checked out.
