You can't really judge what their proportions are from these photos. Left is hotter because the thigh gap and skinny waist. There is no way to tell how long their legs are etc. Right could be a woman-let for all you know.

I actually think a better question that is not a weird incel style 'scoring' of women's bodies is the panties/bikini bottom. I was in college 20 years ago and the ultra row rise style jeans were all the rage. We used to call them "vag high" jeans because they were so low. (Pic related - classic early 2000s stuff)
So aesthetically I much prefer the girl on the left in OP bikini style to for example this one: and the recent high waisted trend doesn't do it for me at all
