It's okay. Pretty simple, plug in to head and heats the doll slightly so it isn't dead cold. Uplug and heating stops. Plugin is top of head though, poor positioning for the plug imho.
Still, it's an interesting feature.
The silicone sinodoll absorbs body heat easy however, cuddling a little bit helps a lot too that being said. A heating blanket on low would be acceptable instead as well.

That being said, I would say you could get away without it and still be satisfied.

Hard to say right now.. haven't had her for long and only used the heating a few times. 5-10 minutes or so and I notice a slight difference of temperature in her belly and arms, her breast do not heat
