Don't place on existing pixels that aren't part or in the flag or be prepared for a long cooldown. The flag is 1000/667. the only one i see from 9months ago appeared to have problem with it. also only lets you use 1 proxy only? seems like it could possibly use an upgrade by using a list of proxies instead of being manually entered
