I disagree. I use a Logitech G29 racing wheel and pedals, and Thrustmaster TH8A shifter for Forza Horizon 4, and tried Assetto Corsa with it but couldn't get it working right. I can't imagine trying to set that up on console, and PC graphics definitely add to the immersion. Everything else I can understand, but I'm a loser with few friends so co-op doesn't really apply to me anyway.

Done all kinds of racing games on PC and console. At least for me, a controller is better. Little things like variable acceleration and braking, it's tough to do on a keyboard. Plus, exclusives like Gran Turismo. Each has pros and cons. FPS on a console sucks ass.

I love PC cuz it's got a better selection of indie games imo, and all my favorite games are indie. Terraria, Stardew Valley, Binding of Isaac, etc. Of course, those are all on consoles now, but they all came out on PC :P And big updates always hit PC first as a result.

I did Borderlands on PS3 and Borderlands 2 on PC. Totally different experience, since I did couch co-op on 1 and solo on 2. But I really don't like shooters on a console. NOTHING can compete with WASD and a mouse.

Had a some BJ's while playing back then. At some point its too hard to concentrate and you'll run into walls. Stuff with splash based damage or weapons with aim assist are better for that.
Controllers are nice for some racing games or where you need to smoothly operate the camera but for FPS and everything you 'point' at, mouse and kb ist the first choice.

The only reason I ever played borderlands on console was to play with friends.
It's not a bad console series, it's just better on pc in my experience.
Still had a good time on console though.

I highly recommend it. It's really fun, the wand/spell mechanics are cool and the insane amount of hidden mechanics of the world is staggering. There are so many obscure things that are possible in the game that you have to find out on your own (or watch youtube videos like me XD). The whole "every pixel simulated" thing is awesome too, every pixel of the environment is its own object and as a result the environments are extremely malleable. But it is such an insanely hard game, I've put in 47 hours and still haven't beaten it. Sometimes it feels a little cheap but all in all, it's harsh but fair. The ultimate git gud experience lmfao.
