What is up with people who are obsessed with old art or black and white movies or whatever else coming to furry threads to feel welcome? The number of people I've seen into that stuff wanting to come here and even gfur is baffling.

You are but one of many people who post old art and the like. There's Stairs who posts old circus images and gifs, the Charlie Chaplin poster, another guy who posts random old pictures I think, there was an avatarfag in gfur who'd post a 40s and 50s actor or something like that. It's obviously the art that draws people in, but it's just odd to me because I'd expect people to go to some other board for that stuff rather than furries.

True, but you don't get people posting anything else. It's either old art, movies, or something similar. Never anything totally different. I don't know, I guess I just don't like how these threads are becoming less and less about the furry community and there's more random posting about whatever or spam. At least art is nice to look at I suppose, not that I actually open any of it. I miss the 2012-15 sfur threads.
