For example in archery you can measure a shot by how close it is to the bullseye. That distance is an objective measurement and whether or not the shot is "good" is a judgement based off that measurement without additional context needed. You just can't do that in art.

You are making judgements from measurements when you judge if the art piece is bigger than another object for example. You need to measure two objects and assemble the measurements to the judgement. It is impossible to measure if one object is larger than another by itself. It is a composite judgement which is why I mentioned it.
