I had this happen once when I was 17, we bought a bunch of drugs that were legal at the time but always through sketchy dealers. any way we bought some and it showed up no problem, then we bought 5 grand worth and it never showed up, when we called the same answer as you got.
So I got a burner phone and contacted them pretending to be someone new and asked if they would accept payment through check, they said they would and gave me a PO address. I sent them a great big huge fucking purple box and just waited and waited and waited for them to pick it up and then I followed them to there "office" shitty apt. waited for all of them to leave, broke in stole all their drugs, money, guns, and trashed the place.
