How much do you pay for rent? What kind of place is it and where is it?

How much do you pay for rent? What kind of place is it and where is it?

I've being told that the rent in USA is around 2k per month. That's fucked up. Isn't 3k per month the standar income?

Depends where you want to live. Big city on either coast? Yeah, gonna be around 2k a month for a smaller apartment.
Somewhere in the middle of the country you can get a pretty decent spot for ~500 a month. Keep in mind minimum wage in those spots is gonna be closer to 7.25

I pay $2300/mo for a crappy one-bedroom in L. A. Pretty depressing t b h. Avoid California is my advice. Rents way high and quality of life has gone to shit in recent years.

$600 a month but I live in a small town. I make $1,000 every 2 weeks so with my car payment, phone and rent, those alone eat up an entire check.

$2800 for a pretty high end condo in Ottawa, Canada

7.25 per hour? That means that the rent takes almost half of the earnings, right?

L.A. sounds good if you're a millionare, only

Is your income the average?. I forgot to question what job do you guys have, because of course that's what why income changes

That's pretty high, but you're probably earning a lot

I live in Buenos Aires. Average income is U$330 per month and the rent for a small appartment is U$187 per month. Consumables takes pretty much another U$120 per month. So the average income can't live by himself because can't pay of services, healthcare and shit like that

Also a pretty decent hooker here will charge U$33 lol. I wonder how much hooker pussy would an american tourist get here if he's into it. I mean for you guys is fucking cheap

I pay $1080 for a house in Tacoma but I bought it like 6+ years ago, otherwise it'd be double that for the same or less. I have 2 friends paying $1900-$2100 in the same area

Aus Miner in Brisbane, mortgage $541 month, rent was $1600 last time rented 2 years ago, take home $10,227 month

Yeah, the entire system is rigged. If you live someplace more urban/suburban where there are jobs that actually pay decent money, you spend 1200 - 2,000~+ on rent or mortgage.

If you move someplace where living is cheap (500, 700? ) there are very few jobs and they pay peanuts....

Either way, you end up spending 50%+ on housing these days in the USA especially as a single person. If you're married and have dual income it's a little easier.

As soon as you add in healthcare premiums and costs if you god forbid actually need a procedure, well, you're fucked.

I live in Colorado and have a mortgage payment that's around 2k with utilities. I make 92k a year so it's super affordable for me.

Results may vary.

Only if you work for shithole liberal companies. I've literally never had that issue once in my life in the US. Healthcare premiums is mostly paid by my employer, I pay very little. And you're a fucking retard if you're paying 50% on housing.

What do you make for a living?

Fuck. It's pretty much like here (Buenos Aires) but I guess there are differences. You can dress and get a car or shit like that with less % or your income in USA. But still is hard for the average

What do you make for a living?

But what would you do if you earn 3k per month in a big city? Also, what would a liberal company be?

I live in a bigger Town in Germany called Bremen. I pax 850 Euro for 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen and Balcony. All on about 100 squaremeter. I earn about 3000 Euro wage and live by myself. So i have a pretty good life and decent Hookers take about 100 Euro/Hour so thats also quiet good.

430 euros for 32m2 in Netherlands.

It's crappy, the kitchen is nice but other than that it's all half put together.

I don't even bother really fixing anything, the people who rent it out don't give a fuck with how we treat it since it's going to be destroyed in a year or two. I keep my apartment nice, but I know from others that they trash it but are now still living in a apartment with broken doors and fucked up sinks.

I'd get better but just staying here till I have to move out because it's super cheap and I am not home all that much so it's doable.

3000 mangos por una puta ? a donde?

>shithole liberal companies
>Healthcare premiums is mostly paid by my employer

Yeah, you know those liberals - always trying to downplay and avoid healthcare

lol conservative flyover state redneck idiots

350gbp/m, 1 bed flat
cheap as fuck for uk

I pay $715 Month for a 1 Bedroom APT with Patio. You can Mortgage a home for cheaper than that if you have good credit and money to put down

I worked as an LEO. Now I own my own business. Not a liberal.

What do you do when the cheapest place to live is 3 hours away from your work? Commute 6 hours a day?

I could move to that location that is cheap, but then my pay would have been about 60,000 less than what I earned where I worked.

Your argument is retarded.

One bedroom condo. In western Canada(BC) 1200 CAD per month no utilities or cable included. All in for about 1400/month.

and how much do you earn?

1382/mo after tax

I pay about $1,200 for a room in Queens, NY.

Includes utilities, it's all I need tbh. At least until I get married, then I might have to search in the south or for a studio apartment.

I'm at uni but the average pay in Estonia is like 1k. I live in 46m2 apartment in central Tallinn and the value should be 450-500 per month

standard around me is $750 a month for a 2 bedroom, and I scored one with huge space. Huge living room, huge dining room, crazy kitchen counter space, 6 miles from work, on a quiet farm in western NY. Haven't seen a nigger in real life for months. Shit's legit.

i pay $300 for a 8x5 room, and i make about 2500-3200 a month

Live in California, not in a big city but near one. $2k per month, split between myself and a roommate. Reasonable apartment, 2 bed 2 bath with a reasonably big living room/kitchen. Doesn't include utilities, so add another $300 on top of that. Roommate makes around average income for my area, $35k per year, I have no idea how he affords it. I make closer to $75k and save not as much as I should.

i live in a small town in colombia, pretty safe and calm, i pay $150/mo on rent (another $200 on food and bills) and i earn $1.200 a month (software dev)

How do you have such perfect english?

>Buenos
Could someone speaking only English get by in Buenos Aries as a tourist? Would he be safe?

That's nice. What do you do for a living?

How much do you earn and how?

2.000, no 3.000. Hice la cuenta considerando la venta de tus dólares a 60 desde el punto de vista de un turista. Igual 2000 sería una puta de calidad media-alta

what do you do for a living?

how much do you earn and how?

That's fucking cheap. How come and what do you do for a living?

That sounds good. I would like to live in USA for personal reasons, but that seems good as fuck. Plus colombian women

I don't think my english is that good, but thanks. People in big third world cities tend to study english a since childhood, unless they want to live the life of a 60 y/o. Internet, movies and everything helps a lot to develop it. USA's culture is pretty much the second culture for the rest of the world. A lot of people hate it, tho. I love it
