Nope. Look at a map of America, the virus started taking effect in large cities with international airports, because that's where it entered the country.
As it progresses, it moves out into the rural areas, which are very spread out in the US, but MOST people still live there.
We're at about 2,000 deaths per day now, and it might get a LITTLE better if rural Americans are cautious (they haven't been, it will stay bad), but it will definitely be killing Americans for at least another month.
