I once had a long distance relationship with a girl for over a year.
After the 3-4 month mark you know practically everything about them. Then at some point you go, "What now?" You can't have sex, you can't go on dates, you can't move in together, and you can't get married. You end up pretty much just being really good friends. It's like skyrim but you're stuck at level 1 and you can't leave the starting area.
