also make sure you aren't getting too much of the fat soluble vitamins like E, K, D. That can fuck you HARD. and use the Omega 3 sparingly, it contributes to low blood pressure (tingling) and give you bleeding problems. Not good when alcohol already thins your blood like crazy. I wouldn't take more than a gram of omega 3 per day long term.
Is it even possible to take a "break" from drinking alcohol...

Use to drink pretty heavily years ago. Got shitfaced to the point of passing out and puking in my sleep quite a few times. I quit drinking for about 3 years, then had a beer at my cousin's wedding. The taste made me want to puke and the smell of alcoholic drinks now makes me feel queasy. Dunno if it's just my body now associating alcohol with all those times I woke up physically I'll, but I'll never put another drop of alcoholic beverages in my body.
