if you take off the nostalgia glasses, the game is mediocre at best. the gameplay is beyond repetitive and boring, the story is insanely convoluted and makes 0 sense nor does it stick to it's own in universe rules, and it has no real reason to be revisited as an adult. tbh kingdom hearts was one of my favorite games as a kid because I didn't know any better, but once I became an adult and replayed it and paid attention to the story, I was very confused and disappointed.
