I'm not

Difficult to believe a majority of it

>God sacrificed himself to himself to forgive himself as a loophole to get around laws he created

Christianity is completely retarded when you think about

The fool says in his heart “there is no god”

Psalm 14

Who would win in a fight: Lemmy or God?

The Bible also says you can’t wear mixed fabric, do you wear mixed fabric?

I am one with the Force. The Force is with me.

because in the bible, Jesus kisses Judas on the mouth after learning of his betrayal, and that makes him a giant fucking faggot. I refuse to worship a fucking faggot. Hopefully he's in hell for faggotry.

Because jesus fulfilled 0 of the Messianic prophecies. Also the new testament is just 60 years of pseudo pagan bs disguised as another religion. The entire old testament is over 3000 years, and oops, thats no longer relevant, just this new 60 year portion that literally rubs counter to everything the old testament said.

Because I'm not a fucking idiot and get turned off by authors who fuck up the continuity on page one.

Genesis

1In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

>a little further down the page

16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

Now what's just sloppy writing

The fool believes an edited translation of a translation of a translation as accurate

Define bible. The hebrew bible says this, but "jeebus fulfilled the law" so to Christians even the 10 commandments are irrelevant

that was only for israelites nigger

Being gay the Catholic Church is very LGBT friendly and the Bible sounds like it was written on a LSD trip

Why would god have different rules for Hebrews?

QUINT 5 you are truly one with the force

Because I'm Christopher

>Why would god have different rules for Hebrews?
>To be a light unto the nations
Learn to read

Can't convince myself

>Why would god have different rules for Hebrews?
The Hebrews are supposed to be a preistly caste, preserving gods word and to be a light to the nations. In judaism you don't need to be jewish to go to heaven

The closest real world logic is that God made man in his image. So imagine knowing that you know this. When you die you go straight to the judgement. You are their before the throne of God answering for all that you have done good and bad. If you believe in Christ you have a mediator a sort of court appointed attorney if you will. If you don't believe in Christ imagine standing before a court all on your own nothing you say or do matters you're already guilty in the systems eyes and your outcome will always be crap. Now the Beauty about having Christ on your side is he is the Judges Son. Imagine that happening here on earth then you can understand the importance of believing in Christ and choosing him as your mediator.

i was, but i couldn't reconcile the message of the new testament with the way the priests, nuns and christian brothers of my experience behaved. they were supposed to be "princes of the church", and they acted like fucking nazis.

>Thats a sloppy translation
Ftfy
Guessing you can't read hebrew user?

Ezekiel 23:20

Weren't there three crosses on Golgotha?

Attached: christianity crosses.jpg (480x596, 69.47K)

For god so love the world he performed a pagan ritual of making others drink his own blood and eat his body, and then allowed himself to serve as a human sacrifice, both of which run against the teachings of the "old testament"

because I wasn't raised that way.
I mean my family celebrates easter and christmas and stuff, and it's cool, but I never actually went to a church...

I would still happily join a crusade against the muslim hordes that are invading my country...

Crosses were defacto for crucifying enemies of the state. Its not a thing unique to jesus

Peak atheism, God Lord, there's people out there who can't interpret the sacrifice of Christ and its consequences

Because I won't worship anything that believes in infinite punishment for finite transgressions. That isn't justice, it's barbarism. Your god is a monster, it doesn't love anyone.
Well, that and I don't see any reason to believe either. Not like god has shown amy actual evidence that it exists.

The concept of the Christ is that He became the sacrifice of death made on your behalf and with His resurrection, He defeated the gates of hell and so by accepting this as fact, you are forgiven by God.

CHECKED! 5x5 MAN! We have to worship you now...

God sees them as infinite transgressions. So your argument stops there

You have to accept Christ to be forgiven
