What was the worst experience with a customer you've ever had?

Several come to mind.

1. Our ice cream machine malfunctions and it forces us to keep it down for a few hours while our maintenance guy works on it, I inform some father with his kids of this and he proceeds to melt the fuck down, screaming, swearing, and grabs a bunch of napkins and throws them at people before telling everyone, including other customers to go fuck themselves before storming out.

2. Lady threatens to sue us for bait and switching because she orders two sandwiches on a buy one get one for a dollar but charge for the fries, two drinks, and nuggets she also ordered.

3. Guy orders a cheeseburger with no pickles and extra ketchup, gets pickles by accident and lets his kid freak out and throw the burger at the window and then drives off.

Fuck no, maybe once or twice a week but I either pack food from home. As for arrangements, what we have where I work is generally employees get half off when on shift. Certain managers are able to simply get free shit.

I find that if you work in food service, you tend to start hating niggers more, they can be very entitled and just straight up rude.

4. Christmas is a stressful time, so this one couple comes through drive through and the girl complains our large shake cups are too small, and she wants them remade with large soda cups (which are the same size, but soda cups are kinda wider) and then tries to say she's "not being difficult".

5. Parents in general when the kids meals have collectable toys, I close but I'm never the person who actually oversees what toy gets put in the box.

6. Another couple, try to use an expired coupon for a free large fry. Bf tries to guilt me into making an exception just the once, and explain to him I get fired if I just simply hand out free food (Coupon had been expired for a month by that point) he actually seems to not register this and asks me to have a heart...yeah no, its one thing if an order is made wrong but I'm not sacrificing my job for a total stranger.
