It is a bill...to increase money for SMALL BUSINESSES. Not, State governments, not healthcare providers, not local governments. FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. Because the economy is in shambles. They're trying to rush support out to businesses that may not come back without help if we wait too long.
They could easily draft *another* bill for those other interests after pushing this through instead of wasting time. Considering it meets the same parameters of the last stimulus, it should've gone through with zero issues; it was already negotiated.

Even with that happening, Trump had the means and the opportunity to handle this right from the beginning with immediate mass testing and a short general 2-week quarantine of everyone, and thereafter, just quarantining people who tested positive. He fucking blew it.
