Basically I just select the cloth area, and try to adjust levels and color to get the most detail from behind it. I'm not great at it, though.

Oh yeah. I can't remember exactly what to do, but its not hard to look up online. I think I used hue/saturation and gamma along with a a couple other sliders. I don't want to brag, but I think I got a better result than these guys here. Of course, it depends on the skin tone, sheer, and thickness of the clothing
