Yeah, i get it. Most of the stealth threads are just barely sfw lewd things i won't lie. It makes me upset that cute threads get deleted. Kind of sad that as long as the thread is a loli related anime/manga it won't get deleted but if it's a loli thread in general they get ass blasted...that is unless it's a js thread or something for some reason

From my experience, mods on the boards I currently or have previously frequented seem to only respond to a large number of reports rather than any legitimate attempt to keep user following the rules.
It's likely a combination of both, though.
