It's great. I'm a Sanders supporter and I like stores that way.

It's given me a purpose in life. To collect all of the toilet paper I can. Enough to last me until I die of old age.

Honesty at this point I'm over it. Not because I want my college to re-open, because I don't, but I'm tired of constantly having to worry I'm going to get the virus.

I’m bored and broke, so nothing has changed

It's just one person coming in from China, or a Democratic hoax.

the 30 day free trial of socialism is pretty great isnt it?

Based Sweden

Yes and a lifetime membership only costs the rest of the money you'll make ever!

>Shortages under capitalism
See guys, socialism is bad!

And after 30 days I can use my socialist trumpbux to continue my membership!

>government imposed restraints on supply chain
>best we blame the private enterprise and let the government have control

all the big corporations are thinking the same thing!

Are you even mildly aware of the current situation in Venezuela? Or any other socialist/ communist nation ever?
There's these things they're call history books. I know modern day brain washed pussies can't handle the straight forward information In which these contain. However if it makes you feel better you can pretend all the historical figures were transitioning like yourself.

>Corona virus
>all of a sudden all factories, all outlets, all stores, all warehouses, Amazon its self pretend toilet paper doesn't exist anymore

i can understand not being able to buy it, but the fact that you can't order it and the outlets say "out of stock" is complete horse shit.
did we just run out of paper all of a sudden? did we run out of paper to recycle over night?

>what is a positive demand shock

It's because they don't want retards hoarding masks and gloves and other supplies that hospitals need. Blame all the dumbasses running around hoarding shit when it's not even necessary to do that.

Problem is also in the production itself. No workers equals no products.

This is what happens when you close factories and ship off all those jobs to China and overseas. Now we can't even mass produce the supplies we need.

It will keep happening because the response was reactionary, not precautionary. Look forward to more viruses from China in the coming decades.

it's also because, and this what Amazon and outlet should be doing, price gouging is unpopular.

Because people are fucking retarded brainwashed SJWs and would go batshit insane if a company actually let supply and demand signal a price in this time. Even though price gouging prevents hoarding and people getting stabbed at the toilet paper roll isle

thank you local trade union for that user. Bless them.

The capitalist economy needs trillions of dollars of bailouts like every 10 years it seems. That's your working system? Pretty retarded.

I mean, you're not wrong but you can't just let people jack up the prices on everything either. Would you want to pay $300 for a pack of toilet paper? If people were still allowed to work that would be different. But telling people to stay home while they can't make any money and then having to pay insane prices for food and supplies isn't fair.

Then how did those jobs exist before they moved to China?

it's not real capit... oh fuck

So why don't you go live in Cuba if they're doing it so much better?

Because that's not real soci... oh fuck

Scourge? Why would you call Papa Nurgle's gifts a scourge?!

The boss over my boss is now demanding everyone wear a mask at all times. I work in a home for retarded people. This place isn't some store or restaurant that is open to the public, and all visitors are barred from the place right now anyway, plus all the residents are required to stay in the homes at all times.

It's bullcrap and I'm sick of this garbage. Thankfully I work overnights so I can just leave the stupid mask off til the morning people come in.

To point it squarely at socialism/communism stops short of an robust inquiry. Those government fuckers are corrupt and incompetent. Like they only had ONE industry and it happens to be an industry they they don't have a monopoly in.

You're right, it's full blown communism. You cut out the middle man.

Let me guess, they're both boomers? People are fucking idiots so what do you expect? We need have people passing that corona is airborne when that has been defunked repeatedly.

Meh, the only way any ism will work is if an uncorrectable ai ran it. Humans will always fuck up any ism, regardless of what it is, because humans gonna human.

incorruptible*

Human greed will destroy all isms, but some ism are more stable than others. Capitalism took a long time to become like this. Socialism seems to have a quicker death.

Why can't we have a honest conversation about the ills of the current American economy? The first step to becoming better is to acknowledge the problem. Income inequality is a plague that is undermining American democracy.

You're trying to have a logical argument with an emotionally driven arguer. He's been conditioned to believe his countries system is flawless without issues.

His first launch of attack is to take focus off the topic and bring up a 3rd world shithole.

finally, actual logic

>Would you want to pay $300 for a pack of toilet paper?

if i really needed it user, yes i would. value is subjective remember.

>Then how did those jobs exist before they moved to China?

Because either the union weren't that involved or market conditions were that it was still affordable for the company to keep things onshore.

>Why can't we have a honest conversation
Jake, this is Yas Forums. Come on. Let's go.

Babbys first time taking the training wheels off since aids. We still don't have our shit together here in the US.

"Capitalism is about profit and loss, you bail out the losers there is no end to the cost."

Being that markets constantly eliminate companies that aren't feasible, what exactly does capitalism have to do with altering this inorganically with bail outs?

well that and trumperu fired the pandemic team lol

Exactly, the US isn't real capitalism

brainlet thinks money will make him happy

no western country is, since the end of WW2.

its all mixed markets, with politicians eager to flex their wangs and try to convince everyone they can be competent economic managers

Over hyped bullshit, just look at Japan. Basically empty hospitals while no lock downs.

Honestly I'm pretty happy to have Easter come around and use lockdown as an excuse to not buy every distant relative a present and spend the day giving a shit about their cousin that couldn't make it

>live in the middle of no where.

Other than getting to take my family to dinner every once and a while, it has made very little difference in my life.

Supply chains work at a capacity that fulfills demand. If the supply chain pushes products into stores at full strength all the time, stores would run out of space and excess product will just sit in the back not making money. As a result the supply chain only supplies what is necessary.

When people started to panic buy, it was a surge in demand that the supply chains did not expect. They can adjust for the shock in demand, but it takes time.

In either case, we should not worry about running out of supplies or food.

I think you're a bad reporter. Who are you with? What news agency do you work for?

The scum who are pushing this agenda are failing and are being arrested as we speak, We're taking back our World now and theres nothing they can do to stop it

benjaminfulford.net/2020/04/06/global-system-collapse-and-mass-arrests-proceeding-reset-inevitable/

People like you are not interested in having a real discussion. You just want to blame all your problems on capitalism and rich people. Is it a perfect system? Of course not, but it's far better than communism. But again, you can feel free to move to Cuba or China or Vietnam, or some other shitty country where you have no rights.

Well it's good you have money like that, but a lot of people do not

Yea but Nihon is like super awesome and like have chakras and shit to keep them immune. Or they can just stay in their robots.

Try to stay focused sweetheart

>Posts a link
>This is in the second paragraph
The world is also about to find out that Angela Merkel is Adolf Hitler’s daughter.

No thanks retard. I'm not believing all of these insane conspiracy theories.

i dont, but i have a support network of family and friends who would lend me the money or give me toilet paper.

you have to realize user, its times like this historically humans are the most charitable. when humans share a mutual goal/enemy. But not price gouging, we are limiting human kindness

So they are going to arrest and shutdown WHO and all of the CCP? good luck

some of the most honest conversations i've had have been on Yas Forums. The anonymity makes people a lot more honest/open

Yes, and we also see the worse of people in times like this. There are people who would charge $100 for one roll of toilet paper if they could get away with it. Why is that necessary if it's not greed? Or you would have people who would hoard all the masks and gloves, then charge insane prices for them. Is that what you want? Some dickhead loading up an entire warehouse with masks, waiting for them to be in short supply so he can charge hundreds for each one?

As a guy who has a professional work-from-home job,
I really can't see much difference in the world
except for having a mild bit of annoyance at all the scrubs
at home complaining about no personal contact.
Hey, that's my job you're talking about there.

Well what do you know, duality of man.

hoarding wouldn't occur due to price gouging user, that's why it exists. would you rather a young person get 60 rolls of tp for a low price, clear the shelves before the elderly get in?
