You'll get fit playing with her, but understand what you're going to be dead lifting and carrying around to pose and dress.

There is alot of false advertisement on aliexpress. You might get lucky but not as lucky as you think. You can look up the prices at the manufacturers so you know if you are being ripped off by a reseller and with the base materials cost for the weight of the doll, you know you aren't paying even double that for a finished product.

You can find them posted on actual amazon in many instances, and yes, 2-4x the cost on many of those sites. IF they're even legit,

I got one a year or so back from aliexpress, you look at orders, and reviews, same as you would amazon or ebay. There isn't much false advertising, as they go away fast if they don't consistently get good reviews. Many of them are shells though just selling the same thing from the same factory with a different name.
