I'm suffering from some sort of respiratory illness that hits every single symptom of COVID-19 and I keep recovering from and then it comes back, but when I finally got tested for COVID-19 it came back negative.

I did, and the test came back negative. But it's a notoriously inaccurate test, and they sat on my sample for six days before finally running the test, so I don't necessarily trust that result but there's nothing more I can really do except keep my doctor informed and go get the chest CT scan they scheduled for next week (lol).
