Depends where the cops decide the incident location is. Generally speaking, online harassment cases take the victim's home address, but this isn't exactly harassment. It could be argued that the incident location was where you uploaded from. If I were doing this report, I'd call it the victim's address for initial contact, but whether the prosecutor takes that or changes it is beyond me. Essentially, figure out what the cops in her area would treat this as, whether criminal sexual conduct, invasion of privacy, harassment, etc. Then figure out where those cops would set the incident location for that. If it's her address, you're fucked, if yours, you're good.

Depends how far away you are and how much the cops that pulled you over want to be helpful. Also how much the cops where she lives want you. Warrants have shockingly small pickup ranges even within a state. If out of state with anything other than a major felony, you're almost certainly not getting extradited.
