Not really good, as a leader he has to inspire hope and give transparency during a crisis, and he didn't do either correctly.

Frankly, I really respect the fact he's respecting states rights and letting them handle things first.

It's a double edged sword, since complete Marshall Law, mandatory stay home orders and federal takeover of the crisis could technically nip the virus in the bud. But that scenario grants the feds power that we'd likley never get back 100% and poses a greater long term threat to the US people than the virus itself.

He's allowing for states to make the call as to wether they need military assistance and that is a VERY good thing. There's no reason places like Montana need the same guidelines as New York and he's acknowledging this.
