I typically drink about a litre of strong real ale
plus about 100 millilitre of Scotch single malt whisky per day.
However, I am currently on the 36ᵗʰ day of my annual alcohol-free 40 day "detox" period.

It will be nice to sit out in my back garden,
with a chilled beer, starting at the beginning of next week,
when there is a realistic chance of enjoying the sunny spring weather again,
with all the glorious blossom on the cherry trees.

I drank so much last weekend I blacked out and the apartment floor was covered in blood and I couldn't remember how I got this big gash on my ankle. I think I dropped something in the kitchen, it's really weird.

I've blacked out hundreds of times. If I had to guess, I'd say around 1000. The blackouts range from minutes to hours.

I didn't black out for a few years after I started drinking heavily. Then I blacked out for the first time and became much more susceptible to it.

It's worth noting that I'm 36 and have been drinking my ass off since I was around 19.

Cut foot guy here, I really have to stop drinking so much. It was pretty bad, all I remember is my girlfriend waking up and I was trying to clean up the blood from the floor and making it worse cause my foot was bleeding everywhere. At least she was there to stop the bleeding, but I really shouldn't have put her in that position. I still don't know what I cut myself on.

I just went to another state to buy $200 in irish whisky. State stores are closed here in Pennsylfuckya.

Montreal has almost 2000 cases. Only like 10 deaths though. We started shut down measures when we had less than 100 cases and now we have multiple drive through testing clinics. Hoping we'll be okay because of all the proactive measures we took. Could also just be a week or two behind New York.
