I've had 2hrs sleep in the last 72 hours and I'm tired but still can't sleep. Does anyone have any tips on how to get to sleep? Either that or I'm going to kill myself, I can't handle it anymore.
I've had 2hrs sleep in the last 72 hours and I'm tired but still can't sleep...
Exercise
Melatonin. Just go buy or order some melatonin gummies.
I have a fear of outside, so it'll be hard for this..
What the fuck are these you faggot
drink water
do exercise
jerk off
You're an absolute moron lol
I jerk off a lot, and still can't sleep. I am tired but I just can't sleep
How?
Have sex
My girls at her friends brothers house and she's told me she has to stay there for at least two weeks
Welcome to Yas Forums, that was me when I first found out about it
stop smoking meth
she's fucking niggers over there
Benadryl or Benzos if you’ve got em, also jacking off before bed helps
Am I going to die?
Yeah how original, you faggot
Inhale "want to". Exhale "sleep".
benzos
Focus on your breathing, and ONLY your breathing. Ignore all other thoughts. Your mind will get bored and your brain will tell your body (and itself) to go to sleep.
Again, think about *nothing* else.
She wouldn't dare to, I'd kill her
Check previous comments you retard
I'll try this, thanks anonn
Get hard liquor and drink till you pass out.
I once went 6 days on 3 hours of sleep, lost my mind at the time, drank two bottles of whiskey, slept like a baby for 2 days.
For some reason alcohol keeps me awake, even if I'm drinking straight vodka and shit. Am I going to die if I don't sleep? Or will I pass out or something?
are you hallucinating, hear voices, talking to yourself yet?
you can go 5 days straight without sleep but at around day 3 the mind gets kinda fucked up
When you say hallucinating what do you mean by this? Because I'm seeing black dots and when I look at the floor they look like ants. I've not been hearing voices but my ears are ringing. I'm not talking to myself yet, so fingers crossed I'll be ok. I've been sick and keep shaking even though I'm not cold so I don't know what's going on.
Do you think it's anything to do with covid 19?
I think I'm going to die
doubt it has anything to do with covid19 since symptoms are the opposite, fever, tiredness, and dry cough.
if its rly bad you might try ordering some melatonin pills, magnesium or glycine supplement since some studies have shown they help regulate sleep patterns, but i aint a doctor so do your own research
boringish podcast / audiobook... booze and wanking also helps to nod off
Yeah, think I'm just being paranoid
Can you recommend any good podcasts or audio books?
Stop eating at least an hour before bed, put your phone away and stop watching any screens at the same time. Start winding down, read a book, and turn off your lights. People have to get the fuck off their phones
also some other stuff that might help.
warm shower, dont look at a screen, monitor emitted blue light is sort of like an electronic version of caffein and will keep you up, avoid eye strain, chamomile tea is known to calm and relax.
Also some Navy tips for falling asleep in 2 minutes.
Relax the muscles in your face, including tongue, jaw and the muscles around the eyes
Drop your shoulders as far down as they’ll go, followed by your upper and lower arm, one side at a time
Breathe out, relaxing your chest followed by your legs, starting from the thighs and working down
You should then spend 10 seconds trying to clear your mind
Go fuck yourself
Where do u live user?
England
smoke an indica strain before bed see what happens
I can't, I get way to paranoid from weed, plus I'm a broke bitch at the moment
came here to say the first 2 things on the list OP.
Exercise. Even 10 minutes will help.
Melatonin solved my problem of stress-related sleep problems, and I used to have SERIOUS fucking issues with it. Melatonin is worth any trouble it takes to get (which is minimal considering they're in with the vitamins at walmart)
Also, drink WATER. Dehydration is a surprising fucking problem for a lot of people that they don't consider. Soda isn't water. Brisk Iced tea isn't water.
I've been drinking a lot of water lately and I'll have to see what this Melatonin is
Listen to Sigur ros. Their older albums.
Melatonin will give you a hangover I take half of a 3mg pill sometimes and it's not as bad
go for a long walk
>I have a fear of outside, so it'll be hard for this..
Push ups, situps, jumping etc - all completely free exercise you can do in the comfort of your home.
Although your fear of the outside brings in another point - you're probably not getting enough sunlight either. Same for social contact, which is extremely important.
It sounds like you have other issues that are contributing to your lack of sleep. While we could write paragraphs on how to get your life together it's a slow process, made harder by the current world affairs. Start small - get an exercise routine together you feel comfortable with, drink a bit more water and try to spend 5-10 minutes out in the sunlight each day, even if it's sitting in your garden or just a walk around the block.
4, 7, 8 breathing
lmao I've never heard of that. TRAZODONE will for sure, but Melatonin is fine.
Some people say that it gives you nightmares, but they're nothing compared to the regular stress-dream shit I've personally had.
Melatonin is 1000% worth it OP.
Yeah this happened to me after I had severe work stress. Ended up quitting, but it still took a while before I adjusted. You'll be able to fall asleep again, and you'll get back to a normal amount of sleep. It's easy to psyche out even more when you're tired though, so for now you just have my condolences.
I can't deal with hangovers they play with my head
Too paranoid to go outside
Thanks annon. I'll try, like you said I'll start small
Protip. Get in bed.
How do you do this?
>I can't deal with hangovers they play with my head
try lower doses
I wouldn't say protip...
Melatonin 10mg(chew 2 gums) and try to exercise more often.. that helped me.
hydroxyzine
yeah this one too..
We'll you're currently not there right now... So I suggest you start with that. Put all of your electronics out of reach. Including your phone. Set a small lamp at the side of you and read a book until you're sick of it. Then you'll be ready for bed. Also when I say a book, i mean a physical book. Not some shit on your phone.
lol take benadryl you stupid niggers its the same.
10mg might be to high a dose for a first time user
Focus on relaxing each part of your body from your toes to your head and back down... Feel each part relax into the bed and keep going up and down focusing and relaxing each part. You'll fall asleep
So I've just been looking and can only really buy the 12mg ones, are these any good?
go to a psychologist.. it is dyphenhydramine addictive the point is to recover his sleeping cycle.. cunt.
Try asking a doctor, I started with 10mg don't know about 12mg.

After 72 hours without sleep, you should be falling asleep standing up. Who are you trying to shit?
I find it hard to talk to strangers. I was in a secure unit last year and didn't leave my room for 15 weeks, so I can't really talk to doctors or Shit.
No worries user. Just for clarity of what I mean by start small, each component of that matters, but the quantity of each not so much.
So you have to do all three things (water, exercise and a little bit of outside time) but they don't need to be 30-60 minute routines or going for miles to places you're not comfortable with. Just 10 reps of pushups, situps and jumping jacks to get you started and build into the routine of doing it, and 5-10 minutes outside getting as much sun on your skin as you can (think t-shirts not hoodies)
Also give your friends/family a phone call for some social time. A lot of people are lonely right now given the social distancing here in England, and while I don't know your family situation most parents love an unscheduled call from their kids. Its also lovely to hear from a friend now and then - no matter what you might think of yourself right now that's just the sleep deprivation talking.
Good luck user :)
