running nose is very rare with covid, stomach issues aren't common either.
the most common symptoms are dry cough, shortness of breath, and fever.
so it doesnt seem likely she has covid, but rather a flu or even a cold.
if you can get a virtual appointment with a doctor and go to a drive through clinic, that might be a good idea.
if thats not available, monitor her symptoms and go to the hospital soon as she is having a harder time breathing.

it's not airborne in the sense that you can be home with an open window and it will come for you, however if someone coughs or sneezes it the virus can remain in the air for hours in the area, that's why it's advised to not even go to a hospital for a check up.

If she comes out to eat with you, no problem, but be sure to wipe everything down that she may have come in contact with and DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE until you wash your hands.

I had a pretty hot temp only at night for 2 days (not fever but just flushing in my head & face) and I've felt weird af and have had liquid diarrhea 3 times since the morning.
