Then think about daily life... Is it a happy, fulfilling, nice life? Or is it more dreadful, and bad, and whatnot? If you believe there is a heaven or a hell when you die, you could consider your daily life your sentence in either one... Then it also makes me wonder about the meaning of good and bad, but that is more about the perception of things rather than theories and whatnot about life...

It is commonly agreed that heaven is a wonderful and amazing place, so if you are having a good and fulfilling life, then you could consider yourself being in heaven... Hell is commonly considered a bad place filled with pain or misery... So, if your life is bad and dreadful, then you can consider yourself being in hell... It also depends on your own perspective... That can change things...
